1. Who we are

Drainsco ("we", "our", "us") is a West Midlands-based drainage service covering Solihull and the surrounding B postcodes. We respect your privacy and look after the small amount of personal data we collect from you carefully.

2. What we collect

• Your name and contact details (phone, email, address) when you book a job or request a quote
• Notes about the job we attend (drain type, fault found, camera footage and photos for survey or insurance jobs)
• Payment confirmation details from our card processor (we never see card numbers ourselves)
• Standard website analytics (pages visited, anonymised IP, device type)

3. How we use it

• To dispatch an engineer and complete the work you booked
• To keep records of the work carried out and any survey footage (handy if a drain needs revisiting or a repair is followed up later)
• To produce reports and photographs for your insurer where applicable
• To improve our website

4. How long we keep it

Job records are kept for 7 years (HMRC requirement). After that they're destroyed. Marketing data, where you've opted in, is kept until you ask us to remove it.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@solihullemergencyplumber.co.uk and we'll handle it within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of standard cookies for analytics. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers beyond our hosting provider and analytics tool.
